360° Strategic Planning
THE most important aspect of creating a 360° Video is the initial planning stage. Because the technology is so new it is important that you use it for the right reasons – not just because you can.
Like many new technologies, early adopters rush out to “try out” the technology and in doing so often miss the real benefits of it.
Some of the early 360° Videos that have been published are in danger of damaging the reputaion of the technology because they are either of poor quality or are just not showcasing the features properly.
360° Video is ideally suited for situations with things going on all around you – and you just don’t know where to look. A 360° Video should encourage you to replay over and over again to view and review the action from different pespectives and get a real sense of what is happening.
